Returning For Replacement And Refund
Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. We offer free and easy returns for all domestic and international orders. Please contact Customer Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule your return.
If there is a problem with the quality of your piece you can return it and get full refund within 30 days. Transit times are not included within this time. Also, the shipping cost is on us if the return or exchange is caused by our fault.
If your piece was damaged in the shipping process please email email@example.com with photos of the damages within 3 days of receiving your item. We will be in touch and arrange another to be shipped.
Item must be unworn (blemishes, scratches, signs of wear etc.) – if the returned items fails this test, they will be returned back to you. Returns can take up to 7 days to process, so don’t be alarmed if you’ve tracked your return as delivered but haven’t heard from us yet.
Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. Please make sure that you understand our returns policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.

1. All products must be returned in their original condition.
2. Mis-shipped products: For mis-shipped items (item received was not item ordered), once confirmed, we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees. If you so choose, you can also return the product and get a full refund plus the shipping and handling fee.
3. Color Errors: If the color of the item received is not what was ordered, you are eligible for a full refund. (This does not apply if the color difference is caused by your display monitor.)
Returning For Replacement Or Refund
1. Quality Issues:
We will be responsible for an exchange or refund if there are any product quality problems within 30 days of the Customers receiving the item. Customers may need to send the product back to us, and after confirming that the product has not been damaged on purpose, we will exchange the product or offer a refund.
2. Non Quality Issues:
Returned products should be in brand new condition with original packaging. If any accessory or the original item was lost during the process of returning, we will deduct the price of the lost item from any refund.
